The Workforce Development Institute (WDI) is a statewide non-profit dedicated to creating greater opportunities for all New Yorkers to thrive in the workforce and earn family-sustaining wages.
They collaborate with partners across the labor movement, employers, and education and training organizations to help reshape how industries approach hiring, training, and retaining a diverse, inclusive, and productive workforce.
